You can go to your Pet Portal and request a prescription refill any time, day or night. Your request will be received by our staff (we’ll be checking twice a day for e-mails), and cleared by one of the doctors, and then you will be notified that it is ready for pick-up. If you would like it shipped directly to you, that option is also available. More information will be within the Pet Portal system. |
